Title: Worship Leader

Hours: Full-time

Job Description

The worship leader serves as the key worship organizer putting administrative energy and structure to support the worship ministry, vision, and values of TFAB. The Worship Leader works in cooperation with the Lead Pastor, Front of House Director, and Creative Livestream Director to craft an engaging and excellent worship experience that glorifies God and makes Jesus the Hero during all church gatherings. This includes being the leader for all worship gatherings, and as needed in a supportive role to other teams. As a church that also wants to raise up the next generation of leaders, and engage our city we would encourage you to help lead and develop our student worship leaders, and be a missional influence in the arts and culture sector of Bend. This might include being apart of a local band so that you can engage Bend and build relationships in the community. The leader in this position will see themselves as a leader of leaders at our Church and potentially in our network of Acts 29. Our hope is that TFAB could be a place that cultivates and encourages other leaders throughout the Northwest.

TFAB is an ACTS29 affiliated church planted in 2004 in Bend, Oregon. This is a full-time position and pay is based upon qualifications.
