Job Description

Missionary pastors are needed to serve with the Rocky Mountain Bible Mission in Montana and northern Idaho. As a Rocky Mountain Bible Mission family, we exist to glorify God by equipping rural churches and ministries to reach the lost by making disciples of Christ.

Qualifications

The missionary pastor should have a heart for evangelism, and possess enough formal education and/or practical education and training to be able to initiate ministry and lead a church in a rural setting. Internships are available.
Rocky Mountain Bible Missionaries serve in various contexts, each having their unique needs/focus. The missionary pastor needs to be flexible, accommodating, and understanding in how to minister the Gospel in often isolated situations. Ministry is servant based and practical in nature. A love for people is crucial.
Often outside support or outside employment is necessary.
RMBM presently has 28 churches and 3 camps.
Four Fields are open now to the right person called to challenging but essential ministry. More will be available in the near future.
